Williams Is Back On The Field

Williams Is Back On The Field

After a long period of time, Bernie Williams was back on the filed belonging to the New York Yankees. This time, however, he was not on the field to play. He was on the field to receive a plaque in his honor. Bernie Williams received a beautiful gold plaque that gave him great honor. This was also the day that the number on his jersey was retired.

Williams said he was so happy to be in this position. There was a time when he thought he was not good enough to make it into the league.   To reach this point has made him more than happy. He is also happy that his family could be there to celebrate with him.

Beyond all of this, Williams was very happy to see all of his old teammates. Williams was able to sit down and talk with a lot of old teammates he has not seen in a long time. He and his teammates were able to have a great chat and talk about the good old times. Williams was also happy to meet the new players for the Yankees. He encouraged the new players to continue to give it all they have and never give up. He also told these new players to always strive for perfection.

Williams was also able to see his old coaches and speak with them. They told him how proud they are of him. He and the coaches also discussed what they are going to do with their future. Williams left with a big smile on his face.
